मेरे पास नब्बे के वसंत की एक दोपहर है।
उस दोपहर ने इस सुबह की हथेली पर सूरज मला था। वे तब भी बरसों पुरानी पहचान के निकले, हालाँकि अपॉइंटमेंट पहला था।

इसकी अढ़ाई दिन की शक़्ल में गुलज़ार का मक़नातीसी जादू खुलता है... शायरी, फिल्म, ज़िन्दगी और वक़्त का जुगनू रोशन होता है।
